Because the vagaries of our wholesaler promotional discounts mean that if you sign up for a new plan on a 12 month contact the wholesale price of your port reduces by $6.60 to Exetel. I emailed support as suggested and they were very helpful in changing my 'relocation application' to be with phone (not naked). My VoIP account also moved across as expected. The relocation went seemlessly and I think it's great that Exetel allow this and don't require you to set up a land line acco...

Hi,

I'm on OTA and out of contract, so I'm expecting a $10 per month price increase. I'm happy to change to OT30, but it looks like there's a $40 plan change fee ($20 if taking up another 12 month contract). Could this be waived for users affected by the price increase?

Hi, I currently have naked ADSL on the ONA plan (past my contract end date). I'm moving house (but will be on the same exchange) and I'd like to change to the bundled phone OTL-A plan. Am I best to use the 'move service' option (which only lets me choose a naked plan), or should I cancel and sign up...

My folks (who have this problem too) have the pre-installed firmware, version 3.63u (13 Nov 2007).

I recently set up my parents with Exetel ADSL 1 and they bought this dodgy Dynalink RTA1046VW. After setting up VoIP, they were faced with this delay problem, which basically means VoIP is useless, because people they call just hang up on them!
