Hi Guys, I've been waiting to see the new free adsl plans availbility via my login, then my tab "manage services" - "change service" but my change service page only gives the options of "ADSL2 (no telephone)" plans. The "Free ADSL2+Phone+Mobile Service Availablity Check" indicates the Optus service ...

I started to apply for the new free adsl plan but on selecting the "Order" button I am advised: "If you have a medical condition which necessitates dialing emergency medical numbers you must NOT order this service." I don't have a medical condition which necessitates dialing emergency medical number...

Change to new ADSL2+ plan

I currently have an old $35/month ADSL2+ plan and I use the VOIP service regularly. If I change to the new $20/month ADSL2+ plan, will I loose my VOIP plan & then have to re-apply or will my VOIP service continue uninterrupted with the only difference being a charge of 10 cents/call & no free 1st 10...

Does Exetel plan to have mobile coverage similar to the Vodafone/Telstra combination for all states? Mobiles are mobile so it makes them not very mobile if only small coverage areas are available.
