Re: Re-send verification Code doesn't give delivery choice

Ah sorry, it's when trying to set up an email account in My Exetel. There's a new 2-step verification process involved.

Re-send verification Code doesn't give delivery choice

If I tell it to send the verification code to my Mobile Phone and I don't receive it... when I click the "Resend Verification Code" it won't give me the choice between Mobile Phone and Email (I want to send it to my email this time).

Normally 18 months after NBN is ready.
No, I mean can I have a specific date? We moved in to an area that already had the NBN so I don't know when the NBN rolled out in this area.

(I also don't know why I made this topic in the ADSL forum)

What is the old infrastructure cut-off period for my location?

What is the old infrastructure cut-off period for my location? for the last 2 or 3 weeks we've been getting phone calls from things that claim to be involved with the NBN that talk about the infrastructure switch-over. Obviously those phone calls are attempts at scamming us but the timing of them ha...

See the attached images, Untitled 2.png shows the new theme. Pretty certain I have in the past completely erased browser history.

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here

The "User Control Panel", "Profile" and "Log Out" options are still invisible on the new forum layout (see picture). I originally reported this problem when the new forum theme became available. Here is another issue I've noticed: There is an Exetel and an exetel forum theme (can you please give the...

Re: Disabling TR-069

If the Service List option wasn't grayed out in the default configuration, we could simplify these steps https://rodneystevens.com/tr-069-how-to-turn-off-the-back-door-in-exetels-free-zte-modem/ to the following: 1) Make sure you have your Exetel VDSL password handy. (note: VoIP password is differen...

Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors

Dispaly should be Display. I underlined the mistake in my quote of the message: https://imgur.com/a/EeSz8x4

Also https://www.exetel.com.au/myexetel/supp ... t#register should be changed to link to the much more helpful Wiki.

Re: How to get update for ZTE H268A?

Unsure when it happened but it likely happened when the software was updated, incoming phone calls to our home phone no longer work. No one can call us but we can call them. I've double checked the modem settings and the My Exetel settings and everything seems to be configured correctly. No one can...
