Also, it's not sending either myself nor my dad a confirmation SMS when trying to edit details on the old My Exetel website and it's no longer giving me the option to send confirmation via Email. I had to log out and then log in to be able to choose Email.

1) The current My Exetel website sends SMS confirmation messages to my dads mobile phone even though I am listed as the Main Contact. From the look of things the new website has my dads mobile phone number listed while the old website has my phone number listed. I'm not sure why it is even possible ...

And we're seemingly back online.

Another outage... hopefully not lasting 6 hours like last time.

The issue also occurs with the Path of Exile games aussie server, frequent latency spikes.

Lately I've been experiencing a lot of inconsistent latency to the Diablo III game server. I imagine it's all due to the increased utilization of the internet infrastructure thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic but still, kinda annoying :P Normally it's a consistent 35ms latency, but lately it's anywhere...

It's fixed it self now, but

to name a few. The modem LED indicators never indicated I was disconnected when the outages were occurring.

Websites are intermittently accessible right now.

Still cant connect online...

Edit: It just came back, that was an annoying 2 hour outage -_-"
