Hi, About 8 or 9 months ago I was having problems with my naked ADSL2+ connection which turned out to be a partially severed phone cable in my front yard. I also have the issue where my calls/SMS come through via my VOIP number rather than my registered number in user facilities.

Is this a known/widespread issue or should I also lodge a support ticket?

I think there would be value in a plan with a mostly variable cost structure much like the proposed HSPA plans.
