NBN Fibre outage AGAIN in Townsville Qld since 9.40am.

I emailed support on the last outage we had (like I've done with every outage) and they replied two weeks later saying the service was normal...

How to cancel existing NBN service?

As the heading says....I cannot find the "cancel service" tab in the myexetel area? Do I need to email Exetel support telling them to cancel my NBN service as I will not call due to 30min+ wait times on a mobile phone only to be dropped out or hung up on!

Just happened this morning so we are still on offpeak time.
Its only the PSN all other internet is fine

I have logged a ticket online for someone to check if the PSN profile is still active

Dont bother calling there is a phone outage at exetel support, just use the online service to open a ticket

I just tried sending pm's to both william and then corey but they both just went offline. PSN is still signing out every minute or two after the modem has been cycled.

Just having the same issue this morning after the maintenence in QLD from 12am-8.30am PSN signs out every minute when trying to game! cycled for 2mins and no good still so will try 30mins on router to see if it fixes it.
