Re: Need advice about new connection problem

Hey there mate, I hope you will address this issue to the law enforcement and will get everything solved, I am quite shocked to hear such cases acquiring and that they energy provider company does not instruct their workers properly and I strongly believe that decent customer service is the only way...

Re: New Residential Members Facilities

It doesn't look too hot on Lynx either, and that's current software. How far back should a deprecated browser be fully supported with non-standard code in 2010, even if it is still widely used? The existing menu is working fine, it automatically expands when you hover your mouse over it. Why can't ...

The menus for the new members facilities DON'T work using MSIE6.

The menus work fine on the current user facilities using MSIE6.

HSPA idles, then doesn't connect.

When I finish loading a page, my connection switches from HSPA mode to 3G (idle), which i assume is my radio releasing the HSPA channel. When loading a new page, it will take maybe a few seconds to find another channel, which is fine. Except, sometimes, it gets stuck on idle mode, and it usually con...

WM A vs HSPA WI D

Hi,
Can I order the WI D service and insert it into my PDA?
Are the speeds slower or less reliable on the WM plans, because mobile data is less of a priority than WI data?

I'm just wondering because the WI plans are so much cheaper than the WM plans. ($37.50 for 5 GB rather than $75)

Re: Virgin Prepaid Mobile Broadband starter kit and Exetel SIM

Yeah I ended up doing that. I ordered the D-Link DIR-451 and will plug the Huawei E169 into its USB port when it arrives.

Re: Virgin Prepaid Mobile Broadband starter kit and Exetel SIM

Reporting a success. Popped the exetel SIM card into the Virgin branded Huawei E169 and plugged it into a spare usb port. After installing the Virgin branded software I created a new profile and set the APN to exetel1. After saving the new profile, I clicked Connect and was on the Internet. Thanks f...

Virgin Prepaid Mobile Broadband starter kit and Exetel SIM

Gday, I recently purchased a Virgin Prepaid Mobile Broadband starter kit outright, it contained the Huawei E169. I bought this because I read that either these are already unlocked or you could ring or email virgin customer service and get them unlocked. Once its unlocked, whats the procedure for co...
