I got hacked

Last Tuesday something got into my webspace (home.exetel.com.au/eric5014) and changed every HTML and PHP file to include a dodgy iframe. I've removed the changes and changed the password. But I'd like to know how it happened. Is it possible to see what activity is logged for Tuesday? HTTP calls, FTP...

I've got the problem too.

My PHP fails with a database error: Couldn't connect to MySQL

I can't login to PHPMyAdmin: #2002 - The server is not responding (or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)

Also possibly relevant is that I go to the "Change Payment Method" page and it says "Current Payment Is By: DIRECT DEBIT" with no listing of the account number. Can someone please check this out? An admin will be able to see my multiple attempts at this.
