Re: How will I be charged if I decided to cancel my service?
From the website at http://www.exetel.com.au/c_billing_faq.php ADSL services are billed one month in advance and no refund/rebate of that monthly charge is made for any days not used; it is therefore in your own interests to arrange to move away from Exetel at the end of a billing period. How will I be charged if I decided to cancel my service?
Could anyone tell me how i will be charged for the last billing period if i decide to cancel my exetel service?
I've already finished my fixed term contract long time ago.
Will I only need to pay for the prorata charge for the month that I will cancel the service?
Thanks.

Re: Incorrect Peak Usage
I am sure I am not the only one complaining this.
Why the usage meter is not working correctly? When did this happen? Just from this month? Or it happened a long time ago?

Incoming calls and DSL services are usually up and running by COB on the day of cutover, however can take up to 48 hours. And I trie...
