Re: You want twice for less?

Thanks for the prompt reply Gidget, make sure your email address is current. Same e-mail since I joined in '08 see all the messages that Exetel has sent you. Nothing there about M8 plan only M15. we cannot answer personal account queries on the Forum. Understood. But announcing which plans are to be...

Re: You want twice for less?

I need some clarification.

I received the notification e-mail for my wife's M15 plan. I have not received any such notification in regards to my M8 plan.

Am I to assume that my plan will be untouched?

I see... But it's at just under a third of my D/L quota and we are not yet a third way through the month.

I'll keep an eye on it.

Thanks.

HSPA Useage Meter Error

Greetings, I've just activated my HSPA (WB OA1) account today. My initial (immediate) visit to my HSPA member facilities had my usage meter already at 20 MB/100 MB. An hour later it's pegged at 30.42 MB/100 MB. What gives? Pro-Rata?... System glitch? Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

Re: Cancel Shaping

...there are a few customers still on this legacy service
I'm currently on the INC2DSLB plan but have changed it to the NF/22IncTel plan effective (I hope) tomorrow.

Does this mean that I'm no longer affected by shaping (i.e $0.50 per gig over)?

Re: Cancel Shaping

get me off this dam shaping i beg you please its unbearable. You can't wait until the new month ticks over tomorrow? But having said that I do agree that Exetels shaping implementation is well below standard. Even the member page is shaped (and the absolute slowest to load of any page, in my experi...

Can it be enabled as an on/off option... Yes... And couple the option with an appropriately worded disclaimer which - after reading - the customer ticks a check-box to accept any inherent risk. ...we realised there is possibility for compromise and fraud. This method enables you to maintain this ve...

Re: Using my Mobile Number for VoIP ?

They are still working as intended displaying the mask number to the receiver at the time of writing this. ...last I checked it was still functioning. This is not the case for me. I also enabled the feature as soon as it was available as our family & friends wouldn't answer a call marked "private n...

I have had this working previously, but it seems that Exetel has disabled this feature. I'm not sure when (I've only just noticed that my PSTN number is no longer shown when dialing out via VIOP).

This is due (no doubt) to the issues raised by Verizon.

Re: Voice Meter

Is there a chance you could be checking this very close to the end of the month each time? No. The voice meter has never worked for my members’ page. However, the VoIP & mobile meter(s) work fine and always have. Hi BraM, You went to a wrong place. You have ADSL 2 Phone service, not Wireline servic...

Re: Voice Meter

True. That's the link I usually follow. But still, the "at a glance" angle remains unsatisfied. And that wasn't the the point of my post. The usage meter hasn't been active in any way, shape or form that I have ever seen. So if its never going to work then just remove it from the page, instead of fo...

Voice Meter

Hi, I'm just wondering about the following message in place of the wireline voice meter. "This usage meter is currently unavailable at the moment. Please check again later." This has been the case since I joined way way back in... er... April. So, what is the story? Is it ever going to get fixed? I ...
