Update: Just got a reply from exetel that it was indeed their block service and that the service can have problems if the modem is not rebooted after submission of the form. Thanks for you help anyway

Sounds great! The proposed price of $75/pm is about as much as I pay at the moment, so there would be no problems making the change. I hope everything runs smoothly

I think these new plans sound great, as i rarely ever take advantage of the bonus voip calls, sms or web space. I also do heavy downloading so this "free period" would be great to just be able to set the scheduler and not have to worry about exceeding the download limit. And the final cherry on the ...

On the sign up page it makes you tick the box that states "I acknowledge that an early cancellation charge of $55 will apply if i terminate my service before the end of the contract period. I hope that answers your question

Hi all, Just signed up for the ADSL2+ service (transferred from exetel ADSL1), and cutover date was supposedly monday. However, it is now wednesday and nothing has gone ahead the status just changed to awaiting confirmation. Is this usual? I posted a ticket last night however it hasn't been answered...
