I'm on OCV200 plan. Last couple of weeks I've been plagued with modem resets, crawling connectivity, bad static in phone calls etc... I unplugged the landline phone and internet connection zoomed back up to good fast speeds. I've tried several different splitters. Any suggestions?

Is there maintenance being down right now? Because all of a sudden (last 40mins or so) I'm back to a craaaaaaaaaaaaaaawl....

Well I'm still dragging along like a slug here... Can't even get a speed test done. It's erratic, sometimes faster, but more often than not slowed up to a crawl. Is there a general congestion problem? Or am I being throttled? What's up?

Hmm well it's better right now - 1.90 Mbps - still not anywhere near what I've been used to, but I guess "within specs". Last 12 hours have been shocking however. Very erratic. I'll see how it goes next 24 hours or so. Thanks.

I have been fairly happy with my speeds these last few months, but the last few days have been very erratic, and last 24 hours or so have slowed right down to a crawl. I can't even get a speed test done.

OK so what you are basically saying is that I'm waaay below the average (but still in "legal" ADSL2+ range)? (I'm only 50 meters away from the exchange lol!). OK, I will get another modem. Well! I just submitted a ticket, and within MINUTES my modem rebooted by ITSELF, and when I went back online everything's running OK (touch wood???)....!? So I'm still in the dark, but I'm suspecting someone on Exetel's end got my ticket immediately and fixed my problem!? If so, may I please say THA...

Hi, I'm back! At the turn of this month, things have slowed up again!? Why the sudden drop in speeds right at the turn of the month?

Could someone please check it out for me?
