Re: Android 'My Exetel' app
Tried that, no such luck. Perhaps a support ticket is in order?

Re: Android 'My Exetel' app
Well this is weird, I have been frustrated to no end trying to log in to this damn app, and I had an old service number from my naked ADSL2 plan, the service number and password I somehow remembered. What do you know, I can see my OLD OLD OLD AF naked ADSL2 VOIP number in the app. Can someone from E...

Late bill now paid via direct debit, service still suspended
I don't like my chances it being a weekend but I've been down for 2 days now since the debit came out of my account. Please let me know where I need to send my service number for immediate action. No reply from billing email, please advise.

Re: The Exetel 6-year club
Happy member since August 2008 here & still going strong. I'm now on NBN 100/40 @ $79 / 500GB per month. Transition was great, simple application via phone call, very fast install from the contractors a couple of weeks later (1 hour at my house), no early exit fee from old ADSL2 plan to new NBN plan...

Need help with Fibre access
Hi, my house has had the trench dug from the concrete comms cap to the house, and an NBN rep came to the house today saying that the NBN access to the house is now 'active' and to contact my ISP to connect. I'm currently with Exetel on an ADSL2 service, but when I go to the NBN site and mynbn.info m...

Re: Change Plan or new customer plan?
The new plans should be made available in the Members next week, once the plans are updated you may request a plan change to the 100GB plan. 100GB is the minimum data allowance that we offer with the new plans. Can't see anything yet, I want to change to the $40-100GB/mth plan - nothing in the chan...

Re: Fibre FAQ
Not sure if this has been answered elsewhere, but will Exetel know when each of its customers are eligible for NBN? Just curious that's all - e.g via some automated email system whereby Exetel's customer database is checked against NBN live areas, and if so are those customers notified? Thanks in ad...

Re: Billion 7404VGP
Bit late in replying I know, but the 7404vgp can be converted to WAN, instructions over at WP forums.
Otherwise the new Billion 7800VDPX or VDOX should suffice.

superfish vertical menu - mouse out delay
Hi gang - when viewing source of the member's facility page I notice these few lines of code: http://home.exetel.com.au/omara_bh/images/mf1.png Noting also that in your superfish javascript file the default delay is 800ms. Three seconds (3000) delay on hovering away from left vertical menu is far to...
