Re: Unable to connect to webpages : Access denied?

Hey, same issue with me too! - can't get to the blocked page - memebers sections says "status: usage" and then "suspend: 2010-03-25 15:35:40" But i've only got restricted to exetel pages only in last hour or so. Wierd, huh? Can't even get to exewiki. Any ideas exetel staff? I would love to submit my...

Re: Change In Off Peak/Peak Times

If the issue is P2P and scheduled downloads, then there is no need to punish the rest of us who have no idea how to schedule a download. I personally, I don't download very much, nor do I schedule my downloads. I feel I would be more representative of Exetel's newer customers than those who are more...

Re: Possible Change To Off Peak Period

Yeah, a "user chooses" system would be great. Each user gets to choose their own "off-peak" block of time. Totally customisable - it's the way of the future.

Re: Possible Change To Off Peak Period

2 to 2 is good for my family. Any chance of making it 6 to 6?

Re: T 38 Support

WANTED: Advice from the trenches I am endevouring to get T.38 functional too. I am moving both of our business locations over to Naked ADSL2+ and eliminating all line rental. Setting up voip was difficult at first, but now it's FoIP that presents my major challenge. That will be followed by the chal...

Re: ADSL2+ Service Application Rejected

An additional note for people currently using a telstra business line service. The application to move to ADSL2+ will be rejected as you need a residental grade service. See quote from my rejection email: "also check to see if the line is a residential grade line". To switch from business line compl...

Re: naked adsl free calls

Ahh, I have ADSL2+ on one line and I intend to get NADSL2+ on my second line and then cancel my Adsl2+ on my first line. So, do I still get two free DID's?

Re: naked adsl free calls

Does that mean I could get a DID (for free) by applying for VOIP on my existing ADSL2+ service, and then switch to NADSL2+ and get another DID (for free)? I would have 2 DID's and not have to pay a cent (no $5/month stuff).
Is that how it works?

Re: Existing user queries cost of going naked

Indeed I am on an anyphone plan, looking to switch to a nonphone plan. Thanks Sable for interpreting this from my first post. Thanks also to CoreyPlover for the extensive replies. By the sound of it, I would minimise my time without internet access if I established NADSL2+ on my fax lines (never had...

Existing user queries cost of going naked

G'day I'd like to clarify four issues. 1st - best time to switch. 2nd - Cost of activation. 3rd - potential downtime. 4th - plan switch process. Background: I have 3 established ADSL2+ connections in 3 locations (i.e. one per location). I intend to replace all these with naked ADSL2+. In one locatio...
