This is DEFINITELY something that needs to be addressed as a matter of priority. I'm not aware of any other website on planet earth that involves so much stuffing around in order to achieve so little. Why hasn't it been resolved in the several years users have been complaining about it ??

I''m experiencing the same problem .... seems the issue has yet to be resolved. Lack of communication is extremely frustrating, why isn't a phone number available for billing ??
