Re: New Exetel Website

You might want to check the details on the Premium HSPA plans. Its showing the data rate as 2c per MB, but the signup page says 5c.
Its a significant difference (mind you 2c would be great, but I don't think thats what Exetel offers on these plans nowadays).

Re: Uploads

I'm on an Exetel AAPT service, and my uploads never go faster than 665 kbps. Its always the same, no matter what modem I use, different filters, no filter its always 665 kbps. I guess that means the upload is capped, although I would have thought it would have been a bit higher than it is. The telst...

Thanks James, email has been sent. I did send an email earlier to provisioning@exetel.com.au but the one I just sent you has some more information.

Re: Moving from Internode to exetel A-100 (AAPT)

Well its not looking good. The status is "inactive" and says this:- "This application has been rejected on 2011-12-13 due to the following reasons as per outlined below. Unable to Process" I guess that means I have to get Internode to disconnect, wait for the code removal and then apply again? Or do...

Re: Moving from Internode to exetel A-100 (AAPT)

Well I spoke to exetel sales, and they didn't seem to know about Agile/Internode being the same company. I don't know why internode list their dslams as Agile instead of Internode, it must confuse people doing transfers. Anyway she suggested I just put in the application listing Agile as the previou...

Moving from Internode to exetel A-100 (AAPT)

I'm trying to sign up for an A-100 (AAPT) plan, and on the sign up page it lists the ISP that can be transferred from. (I'm currently on an Internode ADSL2+ service on an agile port). Internode isn't listed. So does that mean I can't just do a simple transfer, I need to disconnect & get codes remove...

single bill

I've had an HSPA and VOIP service for years, it all comes on one exetel bill.

If I get an ADSL service (and another VOIP service) as well, can it all added to that account so I'll just have a single exetel bill for all the services?

Re: MoIP app for Android?

Good question, I've just bought a very cheap basic android phone and I do want to use exetel VOIP on it. Just wondering what people use for exetel voip on android. I've installed webSMS with the exetel settings and thats working really well, but I do want to get some sort of app for VOIP as well. Is...

I'll try again later from a different PC.

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here

Anyone else notice that the PDF invoices don't actually open today? - they just open a blank page for me. The HTML invoice does open, so its no big deal.

Re: Calls to telstra landlines show as "overseas"

Strange, Don't know why this doesn't affect other accounts, I just deleted my exetel voip account and started a new one, still shows the same thing "overseas" on telstra landlines, but I've also tried voip calls from other suppliers and they don't do it. They either show "private" or the correct cal...

Re: Calls to telstra landlines show as "overseas"

Edit: Exetel have now responded, so we'll see what happens. This problem of "overseas" is actually quite significant, some businesses just don't answer calls showing as "overseas" as its usually just telemarketing, I have some business calls to make now so I'll have to use Telstra (and they have mad...
