Yes you will receive a new number, your new PSTN will be allocated from whatever is available. You can only regain your old number as a PSTN if you ported it to VoIP in the naked conversion process. If you did not bring your PSTN across to VoIP, it is either in quarantine with your original carrier...

Hi 1) Is the OCV200 plan reverting back to a standard PSTN line or is it going to still be VOIP. Many comments keep refering back to making VOIP calls and i'm lost or misunderstanding things? I'm in Qld and the metered usage panel is stating its running an Hour fast? So its on NSW time?? Can somone answer what time we are running on as in the july newsletter is stated that usage would be metered at the state you are in local time!!!!! :(

Same proble here since the 3rd. No downloads/uploads at all for the 4th, 5th & 6th. It is now updating. There are still no values for those dates so it seems i got free downloads those days as no values and the total equals all dates. Also noted the server is running an hour fast! I receivied a july...

Cancelling old ADSL

Hi do i need to cancel my old plan? I've just swithced from ADSL comcen to exetel Naked and im connected to Exetel now. Do i need to notify my old isp or do exetel already do that for you. I don't want to tell my old one to cancel incase it cancells my exetel service. I don't think this would happen...
