Sorry all, found the problem. Running Elastix, and this trunk has been working well up until a couple of days ago. It turns out I had to change the context setting in "USER Context" from "sipout" to "from-trunk".

My VoIP number is still not displaying when I ring my home number (Telstra). A number of friends that have Exetel VoIP are having the same problem. When they ring me it comes up as "unavailable". Hoping you can sort this out soon, because some people don't like answering without CID showing. Thanks ...

I've trialled the Moip app for a while now and find that the quality of the calls to be on par or better then the inbuilt voip client (E63). Thanks for the reply, but we got it working now. I did email Exetel with the problem, so perhaps they fixed it on their end. I got her to make sure she wasn't registered with her Exetel account and tried it on mine (I have the same modem) and it worked, so I rang her back and she just reset the prof...
