I have been with Exetel ADSL2+ naked for about 4-5 months now. In the earlier days of this new connection, speeds were up to scratch. I have noticed lately however, that I can not seem to get much more than a maximum of 500kb/sec download speed. This is on a good day. 2:45pm on a Thursday, I would a...

I have managed to get it all up and running. I can make and receive phone calls with the VoIP adapter, I have a standard handset connected to t...

Re: Slow speed, help required!

Thanks Jason. I have conducted speed tests both in isolation and not, and same results. There is definately no other traffic on the connection, and no other applications running which could alter this result. The modem is definately wired. Your current bandwidth reading is: 1.36 Mbps which means you...

Slow speed, help required!

Hello, I have recently had Exetel Naked DSL service connected, yesterday in fact. Upon first connection, I ran a speed test. Slow speeds were detected, no more than 300 kb/sec (using http://www.exetel.com.au/speed) Further today, I have conducted more tests and experienced no more than 200 kb/sec. I...
