Moved to new address

Hello, I have been with Exetel for years now. I have recently moved address (just a few km down the road). I was advised by this forum to submit a re-location form, which I did. I wanted the service down from the old address and up on the new address the next day. When I clicked submit, it said the ...

Re: What to do when moving house?

Hello, Not trying to hijack this thread, but I am also moving house and would really like to stay with exetel, and my current plan. I have tried finding the 'relocate' request in members facilities, but am having troubles finding it. Could anyone tell me exactly where it is? EDIT: Forgot to mention....

Re: Trying to join plan with phone rental from other provider

But wouldn't that require like $200 to set up, then $60 to change to exetel, and $200 cancellation fee from telstra?

Trying to join plan with phone rental from other provider

Hey guys. I have been a customer with Exetel for years now, they have been great to me. I have now moved out, and want to get a plan going here. At the moment, when I put the number in the ADSL2+ check, I can only get the plans where I rent the phone from Exetel, or naked. When I try it on the plan ...

Re: Youtube Issues.

Thankyou very much for the information corey.

This is one of the many reasons i recommend you awesome bastards to everyone who walks into my shop. Go to telsta or any other ISP, no way they would have followed up like you did to try and help me a bit further. Thanks again.

I cant stream any videos, usually you get the little red line creeping across the bottom to let you know its loading. It doesn't do that for me anymore, just takes a million years then skips straight ...

Slow internet

Hey guys, I have been experiencing a slowish internet service lately. I was just wondering if this is a common problem, or if its isolated. I am in Geelong, I also have a mate in Melbourne who is also having issues who is also with exetel. This is my speed test result. http://www.speedtest.net/resul...
