My firmware is NF18ACV.NC.AU-R6B016.EN and has been so since I got this modem from Exetel a little over a year ago. Is this the proper / most current version? And, are these settings for Tr-069 Client [shown in the attachment] correct? I suspect **someone** might have fiddled with them in the early ...

Call history in pdf invoice lacks Date and Time

My 14 Jun 19 invoice is all blank in the Date and Time columns of the VoIP Call History.
NBN FTTN 50/20 unlimited,
with $10 Residential VOIP Plan Monthly Rental (Unlimited Home Phone (VoIP)),
and with $0 included Residential VOIP Plan Monthly Rental (ExeFone) [no calls on this one this month].

Extra suggestion for information improvement... Recently I switched my services with Exetel from ADSL to FTTN/VDSL, and had them port my landline number to VoIP. I got the standard Netcomm NF18ACV modem from Exetel. As soon as the port to VoIP was completed, Exetel sent an email containing VoIP user...

For the VoIP call Usage history, you've changed it so that Current Cycle date is in the drop down list - good. I see that it is now fixed (by having an extra entry in the drop down list for "previous billed date", being the end date of the current incomplete month cycle).

I think VoIP call history also needs fixing.
