Re: VoIP config for NF18ACV

Extra suggestion for information improvement... Recently I switched my services with Exetel from ADSL to FTTN/VDSL, and had them port my landline number to VoIP. I got the standard Netcomm NF18ACV modem from Exetel. As soon as the port to VoIP was completed, Exetel sent an email containing VoIP user...

Re: Missing current cycle phone call history

For the VoIP call Usage history, you've changed it so that Current Cycle date is in the drop down list - good. BUT it does not work entirely properly: when Usage is selected it says, at first, Invalid Billing Date. However, the call history does display as soon as the Search button is clicked. [Wind...

Re: Missing current cycle phone call history

I see that it is now fixed (by having an extra entry in the drop down list for "previous billed date", being the end date of the current incomplete month cycle).

I think VoIP call history also needs fixing.

Missing current cycle phone call history

When in Account online, in Services & Usage, Usage for the phone number displays the Exetel Customer Telephone Meter (my example is ADSL2, POTS landline phone number). In the past, on clicking Usage, it used to open up with blank in the Billed Date, and in doing so it showed the call history for cal...

Re: Poor performance here for websites including Exetel

Mine too has been super slow this morning. Works, just slowww: around 1-5% of usual ADSL2 speed. Some pages at http://www.exetel.com.au were normal speed. A few [very few] other sites/pages seemed more or less normal, or at least not so severely slow eg facebook. I am on Currumbin Waters CURW exchan...

Re: Member Facilities Apparent HTTPS Error

At http://www.itcs.umich.edu/web/chrome41.php it says: "Sometime in Spring 2015, Google Chrome version 42 (available in beta as of March 2015) is expected to be released. This version of Chrome flags as insecure sites with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates that use SHA-1 instead of SHA-2." Chr...

Re: VOIP Rates USA - What Tel# for "High" & "Ultra High"

Well, thanks for that. Now I'm wondering where the list comes from? Does it change much? But more importantly, could Exetel somehow put some explanatory info or pointers to it in or near the VoIP pricelist? And this list still doesn't say which of the 2 High rates or which of the 3 Ultra-High rates ...

VOIP Rates USA - What Tel# for "High" & "Ultra High"

In Exetel's VOIP rates price list http://www.exetel.com.au/voip_pricelist.htm#U for USA, there are 8 different entries... USA $0.02 USA-Alaska $0.20 USA-Hawaii $0.03 USA-High $0.09 USA-High $0.10 USA-Ultra High $0.10 USA-Ultra High $0.12 USA-Ultra High $0.13 Alaska and Hawaii are pretty clearcut, bu...

Re: Admin fee increase

One last thing, now that the fee applies regardless of payment type, when should I switch to credit card payment without incurring the current fee (given my DD is still free till the change) I was wondering that too. Or maybe we should we should be supportive and save exetel a little bit by staying...

Re: Do I Need A Central Filter?

Good stuff. I'm expecting to get connected around end of October, so nothing further from me til then; nor after either if it goes smoothly! Again, thanks heaps. Well I have been live on Exetel ADSL2+ for quite a while now. It all went very smoothly. Only problem is "why didn't I switch to Exetel a...
