Is it possible to get this fix applied to my account?
We have been receiving extremely hi latency when playing wow that jumps to an almost unplayable level after 12am.

My connection dropped out at about 7pm tonight. Have just spent the last hour and a half trying to get it to re-sync. The only way I can get this to happen is by connecting through G.dmt. Any ideas what may be causing this?
