Re: Naked users forgotten?

We will seek current naked customer's views on this via email offering a free transfer to a wire line service on a 12 month contract at no more than they are currently paying except they use Exetel's VoIP service. Shame I didn't see this post earlier, I just converted from a Naked > PSTN service to...

Re: Starcraft 2 Issue - Caching Fault

Hi, I've logged a fault with the people behind the caching service however I need some more information. Can someone please let me know how you obtain a file? Is it peering with other users or are you downloading it with a specific port? Regards, William Hi William, I believe it's just a standard H...

Starcraft 2 Issue - Caching Fault

Good Morning, For the past week and a half I have been experiencing issues with the Starcraft 2 beta (Map downloads within the client are failing towards the end of the process), originally I believed the problem to be related to my PC however following a format and various tests with and without fi...

Re: New Residential Members Facilities

Hi, I quite like the new look, a couple of suggestions I do have; - Change My Difference to something a little more obvious, for example My Contributions - When selecting My Services only allow the user to view what services they do have (For example if they don't have a wireline or hosting services...

Re: NBN and Exetel

Thank you for that Felix. If those prices are correct, even if they are inc GST, then it's going to be a pretty hard sell. I couldn't bring myself to spend $169.90 p/m for 100MB broadband with a mere 100GB of d/l's & VoIP and I am sure that I am not alone in that respect. I am curious to know what ...

Re: New ADSL1 Plans

I can see that all of the 'high usage' plans have been taken down from the ADSL2 plan webpage. Will anymore plans be implemented in place of these for those who have further download requirements (e.g. those who have splurged on the steam (http://www.steampowered.com) christmas sales)? Thanks in ad...

FA, Are ADSL2 changes still en-route before the end of the month? Hard to tell at this time. John, I can see that all of the 'high usage' plans have been taken down from the ADSL2 plan webpage. Re: Back To The Future?

What's the possibility of staggering the start time of the 'unlimited' users by an hour or so to avoid any sudden rush of traffic from 12am. Maybe allow the user to select a preference but have a backend script which balances the load across three intervals to ensure continuity and quality of servic...
