If you select New 12 months Contract (at the top of the page) the cost will change to $0.

Re: Changing from TE-2D to TCV20-Region-200

For TCV20-REGION-200 the plan change fee stays at $40 no matter what contract length you choose. Also this is already a ADSL2 connection so no change in speed. Sorry, I stand corrected, there is no cost of change plan for the TCV20-200 if you select new 12 month contract. I was assuming the TCV20-R...

When I look at the plan change in my members facilities it states that the plan change fee is $0. But when I actually go to apply for the plan change, its $40. Any ideas?
When you select New 12 month contract the cost of plan change is $0.

Re: New $50 ADSL2+ Plan

It appears in my user facilities, but priced at $60 a month instead of $50 for 200GB. There is a problem with what is showing in the member facilities change plan, mine was showing the TCV20-REGION-200 for $60 as an option but not the TCV20-200 for $50. When I clicked on the Apply button on the TCV...

Re: Changing from TE-2D to TCV20-Region-200

I think there is a problem with what is showing in the member facilities change plan, mine was showing the TCV20-REGION-200 for $60 as an option but not the TCV20-200. I am in Melbourne so would think I would be Region 1. When I clicked on the Apply button, the TCV20-200 then showed as an option for...

New User SPAM

My father's Exetel Account was activated on Thursday (11/12). That night I setup his access and at same time created a new Exetel email for him but didn't set it up in Outlook on his computer. He hasn't used this email at all. Checking the email today via Webmail it has been inundated with SPAM, giv...

Re: New Year Present (Limited)

In the Broadband Choice on Whirlpool ,Glen Iris, Victoria (GLIS) is listed as "This exchange has been enabled for ADSL2+ service by PowerTel / iiNet". It is also listed on the ADSL2 exchanges website list as enabled for Chime http://www.adsl2exchanges.com.au/viewexchange.php?Exchange=GLIS . It is no...

Re: Possible New Concept ADSL Plans

You might want to double-check them or is this intentional?

From the web site:
Downloads Included 12midnight-12noon Zero Downloads Included 12noon-12midnight $0.35 per gb

Also Line Activation Charge $130, shouldn't it be $60?

Re: Possible New Concept ADSL Plans

Have the pre-paid ADSL2 + Telephone Line Rental plans been finalised yet? The initial post suggested a $50.00 monthly service charge rental, if this was coupled with the $1.30 gb peak, $0.35 gb off peak that the ADSL1 low usage plans have, my father would be very interested. I talked him into coming...
