Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers
I need to get some clarification here which I am unable to find answers from the Newsletter or the Plans page. First, it appears that the ADSL2 plans that are on offer to out-of-contract members no longer offer Naked services. The table of new plan options indicates that line rental is included in t...

Re: Not receiving all emails today
I'm getting "connection refused" errors now after I presume the email issues were finally resolved. I can access my webmail without a problem, however. Does that mean I am blocked as well?

Re: Content Filtering Trial
Well, I think the only two issues I observed during the trial week was that overall latency appeared to have increased, ie: the response time between clicking a link or entering an address before the site started appearing. Actual download speed and the general progressive appearance of a given webs...

Re: Slow usage meter updates
To be fair, I DO do that, but I use the FIrefox user meter add-in for at-a-glance look at my usage (which pulls it from Exetel). Call me lazy - I don't want to login to my router all the time to view its "official" recorded usage.

Slow usage meter updates
Logging onto the members facilities pages today at 11:30am, I noticed that the usage meter was "updated at 2009-04-30 10:35am AEST". Come 12:30pm, the usage meter finally updated to say "updated at 2009-04-30 11:34am AEST" - wtf? It's now nearly 1pm and the usage meter is still showing that it was l...

Re: PS3 Update
My access to PSN is overall very good - only drops out rarely now, and about five times out of ten that's when the ADSL sync drops out and reconnects, which in itself is perhaps a twice-a-month thing (like once tonight, though I wasn't gaming at the time). When I previously had major issues, it appe...

Re: Possible Change To Off Peak Period
As long as the overall peak/on-peak time periods do not change from 12 hours each, I don't have any issue with the start/stop times being 2am to 2pm. I'll just adjust my overnight download schedule accordingly.
