Unable to turn off International Roaming
I have accessed the services menu and disabled (unticked) the international roaming and applied it five times now. Immediately after if I go check, the box is unticked and I receive an e-mail stating that the request has been received. However it never gets turned off and then the box is checked aga...

Provisioning

Alternatively have someone working that section on a weekend ...

Phone still not active
I activated my phone yesterday which on the HSPA page says it takes 15min and in the e-mail states 2 hours; it has now been 18 hours and it still isn't working.
Can someone please check this out for me?
and I already sent an e-mail to provisioning after the first 5 hours of no activation.

Blocked but on a new cycle ?
Hi Guys, This morning i woke to a blocked page. I had scheduled downloads to start last night at midnight, which would have been the start of my new billing cycle; these did not kick off as they were blocked all night. The blocked page stated it was updated at 5am this morning and showed my stats as...

Re: Sending SMS
Using the above mentioned variables this new one gives you a drop down box menu. Just change the Name1/Name2/Name3/Name4/Name5 & Number1/Number2/Number3/Number4/Number5 to be your friends/family actual names and numbers. You can add as many lines of names/numbers as you want just add more lines of t...

Re: Solution to using a Back-to-Base alarm with Naked ADSL2+
They have airconditioners that can use a normal GSM SIM card for automation, so there has to be something available out there. Maybe an automation specialist would know  Don't know if any of these just connect: http://au.farnell.com/modems Found someone on Whirlpool that has installed a GSM se...

Stolen Phone - Improvement Suggestion
Hi Guys, Just thought it might be a more uncomplicated & quicker process for customers and your staff if you had an online stolen phone form. Something that captures: 1. Clients number 2. Clients address 3. Confirms new SIM provisioning charge acceptance 4. Automatically logs the appropriate service...
