Re: yagi antennas
Is anyone using the USB modem and Yagi antenna on a Mac in a rural area. I'm wanting to set something up like this for my mother in law in the Mallee VIC and she is using an old eMac running Tiger OS X. Hoping someone out there is using this on a mac and can share their experience. Cheers Mr Eddie ...

Re: VOIP calling service
This is a way beyond a joke now. What do I have to do to get what I have paid for?
Tomorrow I'll contact management to find out why nobody from Exetel support can be bothered looking at this or even contacting me.

Re: VOIP calling service
This is still not working.
No contact from residential support.
I guess my only choice now is to contact resolution@exetel.com.au

Thanks for that Cory,
I sent them a message three days ago, but no answer yet. Are they on holiday?
It's still not working.

VOIP calling service
It isn't working for me. I can see my current details, PIN, credit etc. On calling the number I get told "this card has expired." Also the caller ID setup won't accept any numbers. I've used this service in the past with multiple numbers added without any problems. As I am an HSPA customer, I don't ...

Re: Transfer Your Current PSTN Home Number To Exetel VoIP
I'll ad a pretty please with sugar on it. Why would it wouldn't be a problem for those of us who currently use a carrier that exetel has the nessecary arrangements with? In my case, I'm also with Telstra, I don't have or want any additional services. I understand that mt number may never be returned...

Re: Transfer Your Current PSTN Home Number To Exetel VoIP
Will the PTSN transfer be available to Exetel HSPA customers at any time in the near future?

Re: Configuring a Huawei E220 modem
In my HSPA service notification from exetel I was given an APN and an SP code. Using the Optus interface for the E220, under Tools/Options/Profile Management, I can see where to put the APN, but nowhere for the SP code. Only Access number, user name and password. Can anyone shed any light on this? T...
