Re: Retaining Caller ID

Hello any Exetel staff. Would you please clarify Cogs question above. Will Caller ID attract a charge of $3.00 per month as stated by Exetel staff member JanakaDS, or will it be $6.50 as stated on the hyperlink? I have just signed up to transfer my landline to Exetel as well. You now have all my com...

Re: Should I be calling someone yet?

Hello JasonM. I wasn't aware that after August the requests would only be sent at the end of the month. I am located on a RIM and applied last month to change to TW Adsl 2 TE-2D. Unfortunately, the request was rejected. I believe it was because there were no ports available. I have used your checker...

Re: Time issues since end of Daylight Savings.

Disregard the above.

It seems was corrected between the time I took the screen shot, and the time I cut and paste the usage info.

All fixed, thanks. Feel free to delete the thread if you wish.

Time issues since end of Daylight Savings.

Dear Exetel staff, I have already mentioned this in the Thread below titled "Inaccurate Peak Usage" but it may not have come to your attention. Please be advised that there is an error with the time being used by your Usage Meter Server. I am typing this at 11:27am 7/4/10 in Qld. In my Exetel Member...

Re: Inaccurate Peak Usage

It's 1248am here in Qld at the moment. My User details show a server time of 1148pm and peak usage time. Something wrong at Exetel's end after end of daylight savings in the southern states I would presume.

Re: New ADSL1 Plans

Any chance of another 8000k plan with less data? While the current plan is great value, 100 GB is overkill for me and probably a lot of others. aaNet have just released the best 8000k plan available IMO. 50 GB + 50% counted off peak for $55 is extremely tempting for someone that can only get ADSL2 ...

Re: Revisions To ADSL1 Plans

Thank you Exetel. What fantastic innovation. I just wish I wasn't on a RIM and could migrate to an ADSL 2 product. Speaking of which, are you likely to use Telstra Wholesale to provide ADSL 2 to those of us on a RIM, or is there just no money in it?

Re: Migration Of ADSL1 Customers To Optus ADSL2

Recently tried to take up this offer as I can see what great value it is. Took about 5 calendar days to reject it. Confirms that I am indeed on a RIM. Will those of us who can ONLY get ADSL1 from Exetel by way of Telstra wholesale continue to be looked after? Specifically in reference to Sealgair's ...

Re: New Year Present (Limited)

I'm a little confused, I am currently on ADSL 1 TELI plan. I am on the Sunshine Coast living on Kawana Island (Parrearra) on the Wurtulla exchange I think. Number is 07 5493 xxxx. I think this entire development is on a RIM. On the 7/1/09 I received the email from Exetel regarding a free transfer of...
