Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers
I guess Exetel is a no-frills service instead of "Dear kind and lovely customer, Since you have been with us for 3+ years, we'd love to renew your contract with us and offer you a special price for your commitment." we get "Dear so and so, life is tough, we pay so much and absorb costs so now you ha...

Re: Changing to ADSL 2
Thanks David, I did and they are not available, I was just getting excited thinking about naked adsl 2
I wasn't sure if the plans made available on the member facilities were exchange based or just all plans listed. I guess I have to stick to TE plans for now.

Re: Usage Meter Issue - Usage Over-Reported
Looks like it is still happening, almost all of my off peak download this morning is under peak. I didn't open a ticket or email but before I located this I sent a usage question from the member facilities. Will keep an eye on it for now to see if it fixes itself.

Re: Possible Change To Off Peak Period
Yes, I would be in favour of this change. Edited for Alot of people that are saying yeap change it etc. They don't provide reasons for why this would be good. if you must know, it is better as I don't schedule downloads and I do get a fair bit of use during the day. I will have extra 2 more hours an...
