I would just like to note that this situation is similar to the one when I originally joined Exetel: I couldn't access/ping many sites except for exetel's own site and the old telstra proxy cache's. The solution of the problem was supposedly an IP change, however I tried that already to no effect. I...

Hello, I've recently transferred from my old 512k ADSL1 plan to an ADSL2 PTL plan with exetel.
