Re: Three questions about email2fax charges/free

I use email to fax 4 or 5 times each month. The charge was increased to 10 cents per fax recently. There was no announcement of this , that I could find. (I asked about it in these forums, but did not attract reply). The number of free faxes depend upon your Exetel plan. The "current" plans receive ...

Re: Is this speed normal?

My sister got a new ADSL2 connection a month or so ago and initially had low speeds. I got her to check if there were any unfiltered phones in the house. And when she found one in the garage and disconnected it, her ADSL speed increased dramatically. I suggest you check thoroughly for extra unfilter...

Re: HSPA FAQ

I have an C3 HSPA service. There is an allowance of 100 free calls to landlines in Oz beginning 1 April (great!). So I have now subscribed to a "HSPA" voip number to use this allowance..... (as both my other broadband accounts apparently do not qualify for it) This new voip service shows up in my no...

Well, if you are a tight arse ...... and you only want to receive this one fax in your lifetime...... got to utbox.net and get a free trial account with them - they even give you $5 credit to trial it. Then get the fax sent to your new utbox service! H. Faxes over voip doesn't work all that well at ...

You should be able to receive both calls and sms on the iphone using a C3 card.

You should also be able to make calls using sip..... but not "sim" calls.

Re: Transfer Your Current PSTN Home Number To Exetel VoIP

I wonder if it could be for fax-in numbers too? I currently have a fax-in DID number from Exetel. It's a Brisbane number..... and I am based in Townsville. I'd prefer a Townsville number (to receive faxes on). What I was "wondering" about was, if I was able to "reclaim" an old PSTN number (which ha...

Re: ADSL & PPP but no connectivity.

This problem has been reported in various places in the forum over the last few days.

But I have not seen anywhere where any explanation of its cause has been given.

Could an exetel rep please inform us?

Re: Transfer Your Current PSTN Home Number To Exetel VoIP

Thanks for that.

So it looks like regional numbers can apply.

I note also that "currently" this is only for "naked" connections.

I wonder if it could be for fax-in numbers too?
