SLA for response??
Hi, I'm currently being billed too much per month (as apposed to what I signed up for and printed the page on signup!) for ADSL2 but raised ticket# 4012609 on 1st June and am yet to have any response, despite multiple emails from myself and a phone call. Is there any chance this can be solved prior ...

Minimum Spend Question
Hello,
Probably a silly question, but for the per minute Optus mobile plans, if I was to get Mobile A (minimum spend $5) with a bolt on data $5/month = 100MB.
Would that simply be $5/month total charge, + cost of any calls &/or data usage above 100MB?
Thanks!

They should be there now - if you're out of contract. Thanks for the reply, but not showing up for me. Contract ended last December... :? That is strange. It may be best if you email/call residential support. Hi there thanks again. Please note I can see the new plans without issue on the "Change My...

Re: Wireless Internet Included In ADSL Plan Prices
Hi there.
Will the new Naked "W" plans be available for those moving to a new address in the member facilities? If so, any estimate on when?
Thanks!

Re: Major Changes To 'No Frills' Plans
Is there a new contract period if you change plans from an existing Naked ADSL plan? E.g. going from NAK2B to NF/22NOTEL.
What if you are still in your first 12 month contract?
The first change screen says no contract, second says 12 months...
Thanks.

Re: HSPA access for quick usage Links
The Net Usage Item for Firefox is now (once again) compatible with Exetel HSPA. Not sure if that's what you're looking for, but just in case it is, grab it from http://netusage.iau5.com/ Cheers, Mike. Hey Mike, doesn't seem to work for me states "Under maintenance: no data available"... am I doing ...
