I'm on an Optus DSLAM and thus I am only Billed on my download usage

If I connected via NBNco is the Billing like Telstra, that uploads are counted in my usage?

The FAQ is this forums FAQ, the Fibre FAQ I've worked out why the prices are high ADSL pricing was based on what price those who wanted high speed internet were willing to pay. Now the Government has stepped in and averaged the whole community, those people who couldn't care if they have ADSL 1 or 2...
