Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued

Is there an email confirmation other than the Thank you for upgrading your naked ADSL2 to bundled ADSL2 and telephone line rental service (including all local and long distance calls) from Exetel Pty Ltd. You will receive updates on the progress of your application via email to this address: xxx@gma...

Q.3 But what if I ported my original PSTN to VOIP? Can I revert back?

A.You can, however this is a manual process and takes approximately 5-10 working days to complete.
Is this option available on the online transfer form yet or is it best to just email someone privately about it?

Re: Naked users forgotten?

I too think it would be great if more than the 1 $60 option could be offered.
Even sans the unlimited free calls for $53 just like the OTL plan would be good.

Also I would assume you could change to the "regular" OTL plans after the initial 12 month contract again?

Re: Naked users forgotten?

Hi, One thing I am curious about .... I am a PSTN # to VOIP # convert. Does this impact the proposed switchback ? Will my VOIP #, which was my previous PSTN #, remain the same ? Or will it become my PSTN # once again, and I'll get a new VOIP # for my outbound calls ? If a Naked ADSL2 user such as y...

Re: Engaged outgoing calls

bugger, I only have an exetel account and hardly use it for outbound calls - but when you do, and it doesnt work I dont really have many options other than to use a mobile for what will most likely be a 1hour call.

I use billion hardware also.

Re: Shaping/Excess charge for Z/20NOTEL (and "ONA"?)

I kind of have the same problem but Im not getting the block page, instead some sites work at 100% speed, some 5% and most not at all. (timeout)

Its not limited to AU/ international - do I have the same problem?

Re: Question about long distance calls

oh thanks - dang - Im so blind.

I assume also that the 100 free voip calls has nothing to do with international - every call will be charged

and also the charges per minute but billed per second - Some locations are 1-2c /min - what if you make a 15 sec call - lol - 1/4 cent bill?

Re: Question about long distance calls

Can someone provide a link to the page for exetel's charges via voip to overseas destinations? Do you have to be on a package to call overseas?? http://www.exetel.com.au/voip_planA.php this link has a whole list of $5/10 packages - what happens if I dont join any of these in the members area and jus...

Re: Possible Further Changes To Off Peak Period

Rather than being so nice to users and catering to all their needs - how about this simple solution.
Surnames
A - E - 12-12
F - K - 12:15-12:15
L - R - 12:30 - 12:30
S - Z - 12:45 - 12:45

problem solved. Most inconvienience is 45 mins only . Maybe even shift one of the 4 to 11:45?

Signing up to this today - just one last question regarding this.

It is 100% possible to sign the number back out to a ptsn service if I decide to leave exetel?

Re: Mobile Offerings From Exetel

I would like if contract offers are made available because of the reason of pricing or other inevitable changes that may occur. I like to set and forget for 24 months on mobile contracts. Obviously offering a free mobile is a great bonus also but I think the great exetel pricing means that even a ba...

Free loan sim which you send back once the dsl service is up? This would help me a lot as Im switching from optus cable so I have the 2 step...
