So to clarify, if changing plans - the $40 fee suggested in member services, change plan; is not incurred for people out of contract changing to a new plan?

Re: HSPA WM-A info please

Ahh.. cool. So does this integrate fully replacing the existing sms app? i.e. when you receive an sms, it opens up in that app? - or its more of a you go into it to send a message, and have to go into your normal sms app to read incoming messages..

PIN2 CODE?

Hi, Just got my sim on Friday, finally got around to activating it.. inserted sim, and went to configure APN details, but it's asking for a PIN2 code... I was reading in the nokia manual to try and find out if there's a default code - but it says, it's something some providers have on the sim card.....

Re: moving + transfer account

OK, I think i'll just get it activated my self and re apply for ADSL through you guys. That seems like it'd be the easier option.

If it matters any, I am currently on the ADSL1 added value plans: TL-BC

Thanks for responses Corey :)

Re: Change to AUP - Section (d)

I agree, no need for block pages, when the maximum download limit is reached just start shaping, and send an email explaining that they have hit the wall for downloads in the offpeak period. If people can't be bothered to check their usage to see how their going, tough luck! It's a courtesy to warn...

I know there are countless other threads that mention if you are an existing customer you can transfer service and exetel will arrange for the phone line to be activated, but just had some queries. 1. Since in my current residence the line is already activated, can I transfer the connection into ano...

Re: Change to AUP - Section (d)

So.. has this policy been ammended as the usage has heavily increased this month since implementing the 'no charge period'?? Well, if the average use is 26.5gb in off peak a month, which 3 lots of this is 79.5gb (which has been mentioned), if one month the average usage decreases to say 15gb (fair u...

Re: Back To The Future?

In my opinion, unlimited is just an illusion. Much like gmail having a - I think - 7gb limit, which is ever expanding. However, I bet 90% of the population never get even close to this limit. So they could say unlimited storage, or 100gb or anything. They wouldnt need to have the capacity for 100gb ...

Re: ADSL1 8Mbit v ADSL2 pricing

truely only $2?

You guys are saying 8Mb costs so much as its from telstra. But I thought the reason ADSL2 not available here is because you don't by wholesale from telstra?
