Price for NBN 50 plan is $59.99 for new customers, and $69.99 for existing customers. OK, so I've hit my cap, I have paid for additional usage 3 times now ( I know I just don't seem to learn ) and my internet hasn't been uncapped :( still going slow! So I paid 3 times for 3 GB and got nothing. Can someone fix this for me please, I can't be bothered hanging on the phone for 45 minutes...

you could possibly add 2 hours of off peak to the lowest usage days say mon-thurs then take one or two hours off peak away from high usage days say fri-sun
