Thanks for that.
My other Exetel NBN service (FTTC in Newington) has no issue.
Anyone from Exetel able to shed some light on this?

Re: New NBN FTTC connection - Question re BYO Router
After further investigating, I found that I was incorrect: Both with the ZTE and the BYO routers I get the 100.67.x.x IP address assigned to the WAN interface. I can also route traffic to the internet (I just had to be patient as the connection did take its time to establish). However, I cannot esta...

Hi all, I've just been connected to NBN (FTTC), I've got the Exetel supplied ZTE modem, but would prefer to use my own router. When connecting the Exetel supplied ZTE modem, I get a 220.233.x.x IP address. However when connecting my BYO router and setting up using the supplied PPPoE credentials, I g...

Hi there,
Is there an issue with ADSL or authentication atm? At 18:38 on 14/01/2019 my ADSL connection was lost and any attempt by my modem to authenticate fails. ADSL link light is on & solid.
Cheers,
Ed

Apple Watch cellular Number Share with Exetel mobile
Hi there,
Is it possible to use an Apple watch cellular with Exetel mobile? Optus is supported, but it's not clear to me if I can request Number Share through Exetel.
Cheers,
Ed

Re: Cisco UC320w with Exetel VOIP
Never mind, I've worked out what was wrong.
This device is behind a pfSense firewall which had a port forward for all SIP traffic to a different internal IP address (our previous VOIP device).
All good and working perfectly

Re: ADSL2 Plan Changes
By adding to the already in place download allowances the 'need' for anyone to go over their peak limit must be significantly lessened. I certainly understand that the majority of people love to be on capped and shaped plans. However I thought Exetel always believed in Pay For What You Use, I certa...
