Hi. I applied on 16/8 and am still "pending". Just wondered if someone could set my mind at ease that it's going through and an provide an estimated change over date. I am switching from ADSL1.

I'm not posting from my service IP so if you need any info I can PM it.

Firstly, thanks for the update. It's good to know the rationale behind a company's thinking. I do have a query though. I am on an old plan (12GB + ~80GB, $45 +$5) and would like to know whether existing users will be given the opportunity to change to one of the new plans - I am interested in the 1...

Ok. I am on the TL-BA plan ($45, 12GB Peak). I've just had a look at the new pricing and notice that I am up for a $10 fee to change plan.
