Re: No limit = Unlimited
I do not consider 140GB a month on an 'unlimited' off peak plan a 'serial high downloader'. Do you? Who knows how exetel terms someone "serial high downloader" ... but 140G in 14 days of the month ... might have put this guy really up in the downloaders' list and maybe they're trying to get rid of ...

Re: Plan Change Fee/New 'Ancillary Service Pricing
Finally some Good News Exetel ! I can only guess your tech team was probably having a nightmare, with those emails to all and then the apology emails for those on contracts And the members page still isn't corrected with Plan information for those on contract. Good to know common sense prevailed in ...

Re: Change to AUP - Section (d)
While I understand, why exetel has to enforce fair-usage for Off-Peak , I do have a request to make Please make Off-Peak "No Charge" to at least a min. 95GB. Given the competition (AAPT & TPG) both have 100GB (Peak+Off-Peak) in their $49.99 plans. It'll be great to have 100GB on the cheapest plan he...

Re: Change to new NF/21NOTEL - question
Ok I guess the "No Charge" option is clarified by reading other threads .
Can someone let me know my assumption on VOIP is correct i.e no min. monthly charge , you pay for what you use ??
Cheers

Change to new NF/21NOTEL - question
I know there are similar threads around, but I just need confirmation on two things before I change plan Currently on 6 months old NAK2A plan (6GB peak/ 60GB Off-Peak/ 100 Free Calls VOIP etc) Considering Changing to new NF/21NOTEL - 1) Members page -> Change plan shows 0GB as Off-Peak , whereas web...

Re: Back To The Future?
So the "No Charge" for Off-Peak in base plans for ADSL2 means UNLIMITED Off peak ?
and ADSL1 (upto 1.5Mbps) has gone totally Unlimited Off-Peak
Wow Exetel, you continue to surprise me

Re: Off-peak / Unlimited plans considerations
just heard that TPG have upgraded their 80GB (40/40) ADSL2 @ $49.95
to 100GB (50/50) at same price
Looks like bandwidth is getting cheaper each month

Re: bad pings: only selected websites work
I have an interesting "theory" that might explain what's going on A friend connected to Exetel Naked this Monday, and he's been having similar problems to mine He's on a different exchange. I took my old modem/router to his place on Sunday , so as to set-up the modem, and entered his Exetel username...
