Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers

Hi Mike Sorry if I misled you  You might still like to query Exetel directly about this, though, in light of ForumAdmin's earlier post (unless I misinterpreted it and "corporate" doesn't equal "business"). Gidget I think Mike's plan is a corporate plan in that Exetel offer the employees of a ...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers

I'll ask again as still not clear. Have two services both out of contract. One is a Corporate plan (ADSL2) 'INC2DSL C1' and the other ADSL1 'NF/512' across two different service numbers but both attached to the same email address. How do I confirm that the email received re: $10 increase applies to...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers

Sorry Mike, For Generic newsletter that's not the case. In the past when making specific plan change announcements we've done this. In this case, it was included within the monthly newsletter. So, the generic newsletter means what for us? Will there be a specific email that comes out clarifying the...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers

So if you have 2 ADSL services using the same email details how do you work out which service the email relates to if both services are out of contract? The last notification, in regards to PSTN tarif increases, the affected service number was in the subject line (i.e. "Bundled ADSL2 + Wireline Tel...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers

So if you have 2 ADSL services using the same email details how do you work out which service the email relates to if both services are out of contract? I would have thought it will apply to both. Do you want an identical second email? Of course, it would be more confusing if you had one in contrac...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers

Perhaps then you need to discontinue to offer large employers plans that offer 'discounted' offerings as there are now none. I don't understand what you are saying. The B plans are not intended for 'large employers' - they are intended for small businesses. You offer discounted plans to a bank XXX ...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers

So why is it that being on a Corporate Plan only sees me being able to see standard non-corporate plans under the 'change service' option? Because there are no new business plans at this time. Perhaps then you need to discontinue to offer large employers plans that offer 'discounted' offerings as t...

ADSL (inc Line rental)

Little confused. Cheapest ADSL2 with line rental is $43 per month - does this include the line rental charge? The 'minimum total cost' foot noted states $576 being footnoted with the following: 2. Minimum Total Cost for ADSL2 Plans - When Customer Also Rents A Telephone Line over 12 months contract ...

Before you ask, nothing has changed with my SIP or password.

Re: ADSL2 Plan Changes

Do these increases apply to those on "Corporate" offerings ie. personal plans issued under the Exetel Corporate plans?
