Cannot change plan from Members Facilities

I finally took a couple of minutes to look at plans again as I've been out of contract for more than six months. It seems I can save around $17.50 a month, so I clicked on "Change Service" and then the "Apply" button to do so. The page flicks to a page that says "Your current plan details" and more ...

Re: Timeout to Microsoft Online (Singapore)

Works today. I wonder if the problem was anything to do with the Optus fibre problem?

Re: Timeout to Microsoft Online (Singapore)

Yep - works for me as well with the IP address instead of domain name. So does this mean that there is a DNS issue or a routing issue and if so, where?

Thanks for checking - hops 6 and 7 tell the story of a different route via Japan, rather than via Singtel into Singapore. Looks like that is where the problem is...

Timeout to Microsoft Online (Singapore)

I've got Microsoft Online services (via Telstra TSuite) and from about lunchtime today cannot connect to the servers located in Singapore. The OWA server is https://red003.mail.apac.microsoftonline.com/owa/ if anyone wants to try. This is setup in Outlook and on my phone (NextG). Outlook fails to co...

Re: VOIP Caller ID's

I might be missing something here, but can I mask my VOIP with a mobile number? That is my primary contact number.

Re: ADSL2+ on Telstra Exchanges

Any idea on pricing yet? I will most likely move from ADSL1 and will have some clients change as well.

Re: Usage meter showing future usage !

I am on 12-12 for peak-off peak and at 9:29 am I've used 109Meg of peak usage for the day.

Yes, the computer is on and using the modem, but my peak time starts in 2.5 hours time - how can I have used any of my peak allocation before it starts?

Re: Usage meter showing future usage !

I also have "future" usage.

I checked it an hour before peak kicks in and I have usage for today. It was the same yesterday.

Just wondering if anyone from Exetel is working on the usage meter problems that seem to be happening since July 1 in SA and WA?

Re: OFF PEAK DOWNLOAD INACCURATE METER USAGE ISSUE

I'm wondering if anyone else is still having problems? I seem to be using much more than last month still and at 2 hours before peak time starts for today, I've already used 22MB.

Re: OFF PEAK DOWNLOAD INACCURATE METER USAGE ISSUE

I had this problem as well, but looks like it is fixed - my 30+ GB for the 1st of July is now back down around the 3GB mark.

Thanks for sorting it out.
