cancel adsl keep voip
Hi all, I recently cancelled my adsl bundle (switched to telstra cable) with you guys but wanted to keep my voip account. Just as of today the phone line went dead but also my voip account isn't working today either. When I log onto the members site it says my voip number is still active. Any reason...

churn and keep voip
Hi,
I'm looking into churning away from exetel to another isp. Is it possible to still keep my voip account if I no longer have an adsl account?

Re: Naked users forgotten?
What counts as an Optus mobile? Would it include all resellers of Optus mobile? In particular I'm interested to know whether I can call a TPG mobile at no charge?ForumAdmin wrote:

Re: Naked users forgotten?
what exactly is involved in re-activating the PSTN line? does a technician need to come over and do something to the line? or is it done all at the "switch" end?

Re: Naked users forgotten?
We are getting closer to a 'final' plan for current Exetel 'Naked' plan users. 5) 100 gb peak/180 gb off peak 6) $60.00 per month If there is only that one plan then it would be disappointing and unattractive because the peak data on such a plan would be more than I would use for both peak and off-...

Re: Naked users forgotten?
However if it is more cost effective to have a wireline and not use it then so be it :) This is the confusing bit for me. According to FA, the wireline plans are "profitable" due to people actually using the PSTN for phone calls. If you were to change to a wireline plan, but not use it, then I don'...

Re: VoIP Issues
I'm still getting "auth failure" errors and having the VOIP line disconnect. People have been trying to call me and get a busy tone. Are we going to have a fix to this problem soon?
