No Internet and Telephone for 11 days
Hi, I was Exetel's loyal customer for 4 years. I stayed with Exetel after moving houses twice and getting new contracts every time. I am very disappointed to know that, after staying with Exetel for so long , Exetel couldn't do enough to solve customer's situation whereby the customer was having hig...

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued
Thanks again. If I bundle mobile cap plan with this, will the mobile plan be in 12-month contract too? On its own, mobile cap plans are no-contract plans. If you bundle (eg OCV200/19), it will be in 12 month contract for effectively $10/month, but the SIM fee ($20) is waived. If you take up a CAP19...

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued
1. You mean to say if I was paying $50 + $3 (service fee) then my new bill (without moving to new plan) would be $63? 2. And if I move to new plan, there won't be any service fee? Just $60 for OCV200 plan? 3. Any idea what would be contract break fee if OCV plan is not available at new place? 1. Co...

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued
As I understand the recent price increase emails, if I do nothing by Jan 31, 2011: - my monthly $50 will increase to $60 - I will not be charged any other one-time or monthly amount - I will remain out-of-contract Also, what if I move to one of the new OCV plan now and after some time move houses a...

Re: Off Peak Period Change
Plan quotas should be something along the lines of 10/20, 30/60, 60/120, 90/Unlimited and Unlimited/Unlimited. If people want to DL heavy, make them pay for it. I'd much rather see that + a 12hr offpeak window than the current solution. I agree. Heavy downloaders should be asked to pay for the serv...

Re: Off Peak Period Change
Hi, What is going on at Exetel? You guys just announced the plans for ADSL2 on Tuesday, May 20th and now you are "tweaking" the plans again? I just paid $10 on 1st of the current month for change of plan that has unlimited download and 12-12 to offpeak/peak time. Now the off-peak hours are being red...

Re: ADSL2 Plan Changes
Hi,
I applied for Z/22NOTEL yesterday. The plan will be activated on 1st of next month.
Can I get it changed it to Z/21NOTEL without paying additional charges (since the new plan has not come into effect)
Regards.
