Re: discounts on new optus plans

my thought is this. currently i'm on an ocv200 plan so i dont qualify for the new discounts but if i cancel my existing service and sign up for an of100 plan i get the discount.(minus $100 early termination). i'm ahead $140. why not offer existing customers 3 months discount to move to the new plan...

Re: Three Months Free ADSL

Am I now reading it right in saying it is 6 months free ADSL2+ without the need to bundle a mobile cap plan? But then if you do get a cap plan there is an additional monthly discount of $10, $15 or $20 depending on the plan you choose? Do you still get that additional discount on your bill during t...

Re: South Brisbane

Is Exetel planning to offer services in South Brisbane? If so any idea of what prices to expect? Thanks. Exetel will be offering the same services in the South Brisbane area as we do today in Point Cook. Pricing will be as per Point Cook: http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-fibre-pricing-point-coo...

Re: Three Months Free ADSL

A question about the "6 Months free" offer. Sorry, can't see a forum topic for that. I joined Exetel about 2 years ago. I switched from PTL-B to A30 ADSL2+ and a 12 month contract in January 2011. I added a CAP35 HSPA service in March 2011, and now get a $15 discount off the $45 ADSL plan. Yesterda...

Re: Include the ADSL savings on the CAP plans on the webpage

Where does one now see the savings / discount on your ADSL plan that you get when taking up a CAP plan. It used to be displayed but I can't find them anywhere anymore... The latest newsletter says: To get a $10.00 per month or $15.00 or even a $20.00 per month discount from your monthly ADSL plan c...

Customer Referral Program Benefits

Hi All, We are wanting to put together an enticing Customer Referral program to help sell our Optus OT and OF ADSL2+ plans. The promotion will run for a month or so, and will only apply to these Optus plans. What we would like to know is what you would like to see as the benefits. For example: 1. wh...

Re: Referrals Information Incorrect

Hi bodogbodog,

Referring a customer actually does receive $10. However if you would like to become a Lite Agent you can receive $30 per sign up.

We will have that link you have mentioned removed.

Thank you.

Re: VOIP Add on packs

Thank you all. I have been informed by Exetel Sales that because i no longer have ADSL I am not entitled to VOIP add on packs. That's a bit silly as ForumAdmin regularly comments on how good his VOIP / MOIP works for him. Surely Exetel can work on getting this option added for you? Hi There, we of ...

Re: New ADSL1 plans vs existing plans

In my members area it has the TCV20-50 plan with a plan change charge of $40 plus a 12 month contract. Is this correct? All other plans have either a plan change charge or a 12 month contract. We have changed this to be $0. Thanks Melanie... Another question... I have already moved my Line Rental o...

Re: Off Peak Allowances

Hi All, We are looking at implementing a "Build your own plan" ADSL structure. This is how it would work... STEP 1 Type in your phone number to perform a qualification check STEP 2 Depending on the qualification check, select the speed you would like, eg. ADSL1, $30 ADSL2 with Phone line, $40 STEP 3...
