Wrong VoIP billing
Hi, I opened up a ticket regarding 13/18 calls being charged at mobile call rates (ticket ID 4452909) on 25th of September and I still didn't get a resolution from Exetel. It was a very simple query, just refunding the extra charges on my 13/18 voip calls but I think you are extremely busy... Please...

Re: OCV200 Bundled ADSL with telephone service
Hi I switched over to OCV200. My wireline shows active under my services section, I can make and receive calls. But I didnt receive any correspondence related to PSTN getting activated and under change service status it still shows the new plan as pending. What should I do? Submit a ticket to resid...

Re: Would like to know change Naked plan to OCV
The change plan form gives you two options: 1) Enter a new contract with no plan change fee. 2) Don't enter a new contract and pay a $40.00 plan change fee. From what I see it's very clear. But we cannot see no contract option in our member page. Also, will there be a phone reactivation fee if we s...

Re: Can I keep HSPA and ancillary services?
Thanks jokiin.
I might move in a few months but dont know where to yet. I am very happy with my adds-ons, Voip and HSPA, cant find better for my needs. I wouldnt even want to think about losing those services.

Can I keep HSPA and ancillary services?
Hi
As the heading goes, I might move houses in a few months, but dont know where the residence will be yet. In the case that I cannot continue with Exetel's DSL services can I keep my HSPA service and other useful features such as SMS over IP, email2fax and VoIP?
Thanks

Re: International calls on WM-x plans?
International calls are barred by default (also roaming) on these plans. You have to pay 200 dollars deposit to activate international roaming.

Re: Phantom "Sending Message Text" SMS Are Being Sent
I have the same issue. The handset is a virgin prepaid one. Each time I put an optus reseller's (one of which is an Exetel HSPA sim) sim into it, it sends a message but I never get charged for those ones.

Re: Exetel MoIP
When is the update due? MoIP crashes all the time when I first attempt to make a call. Sometimes I have to open the program thrice before making a successful call. But when I make the call, quality is very good, just like a normal GSM call.

Re: MMS Support
Just seeing if there's any intention on enabling MMS support for the WM A/B plans. The FAQ only indicates I cannot send MMS's but didn't actually say I can't receive them. Unfortunately I don't have coverage on the Vodaphone network, otherwise I'd sign up to one of those plans. MMS was added in mid...

Re: Set up info on Voip/fring via Mobile/HSPA
In my case it used to work fine and I haven't disabled anything, merely gone interestate. When exetel give us a VOIP phone number they ask us to specify which city we want it to be associated with, that is why I am suspecting this. Did you by any chance happen to update Nimbuzz? At last versions of...

Re: Exetel MoIP
- Make a VoIP call and record the data usage for that call duration. - Retest the background operation of ExeMoIP over a 3 hour period and record the data usage. Let us know the results. I left MoIP on for 6 hours and in total received 3-4 minutes and made 1 or two minutes of call, also browsed two...

Re: Set up info on Voip/fring via Mobile/HSPA
I have bought "Samsung SGH-U800 Soul b" mobile phone which is on the exetel's 3G/HSPA compatibility list. From Exetel, I have a HSPA sim/connection for the mobilephone and a new VIOP number. One of the customer service reps with exetel informed me that I don't need to download any software. I am no...
