Something strange going on. Transferred to a $89 plan and get charged $137.81 and some other transfer magic stuff and hey presto only charged $104 instead of $89. How does this work? Thanks Dazzled. I had to make a CC payment to get back online, but it was processed very quickly. Now, it seems Exetel WERE able to get their payment after all and have now been paid twice. Somehow it's up to me to contact my bank and get this reversed. :? We will investigate this case further and ...

It would be really nice to have Exetel send you a reminder of your bill a few days before the amount is due. I just think it is courteous to do so.
