Hi, At this stage, the new service installs will apply for current customers only as per a business decision made earlier by management. Its been three months and I was just looking at the exetel site again to see if anything has changed, the naked adsl faq seemed a but ambiguous, does this mean I could get this as a new customer or is it still just existing customers? They did eventually reply that i can change plans at no charge and so I signed upto the $10 cap for $11.10 a month, well number was ported smoothly and very happy with the level of service now, able to check usage online and get a nice weekly email with usage total great idea exetel thanks.

Since I dont know if I have to pay the $20 every time I change my plan, and they dont reply to emails, Ill wait for them to offer me naked adsl without an active line before I switch my mobile to them then. Thanks for the info.
