This is pathetic, over %50 increase for my bundle, do you really think people will stay here with exetel when there is much better and cheaper options available? This is just disgusting, a $38 increase...over %50 with my bundle, I have used just on half of my 500 gig once, $108 here with exetel and have to pay for phone calls or drop to $79 p/m for 100 gig or I can get unlimited net with free local, national and mobile calls plus 6 months of Netflix for $90 ...

adsl1 one is all we can get, he is on 1500, don't know if you can check these tickets out but all the information you mention has been done, 3 modems, short cable to the 1 outlet we have, isolation tests etc. Not sure what you mean with the line status, the dsl and internet lights are on all the tim...

As users pay in advance, if my contract runs out on the first of August I assume I have paid for the month from 28th of June to 28th July, if I wanted to churn on the 2nd of August, am I going to have to pay for August or will exetel give me the 3 days grace if I churn say at the beginning of July? ...

I have tried to re open tickets twice and email thejeg but no response, these two ticket numbers are related to this issue 3834555 and 3707472.
