Hi, I can't access the members facilities page. I used to until they changed the design.
It say service no invalid, email invalid and all these ...........!!!!

Hi Thanks for the reply, I'm not talking mainly about direct debit. I'm talking about why can't you include the charges in the next billing run? You take payment from me every month and you could just add my additional purchase and bill me?

I like the idea of purchasing additional bandwidth but why do we have to pay using credit card? I'm talking on behalf of those that already have a direct debit account. Why can't the additional data purchased be charged to our existing account? I am one who will buy additional bandwidth but I don't ...

HI, Why is my off peak period still is 0400 to 12:00noon?
I thought, from the email I received, it was changed to 0400Hr to 1400Hr.
Am i being ripped off?

Hi, I put an application for a change of service. (ADSL1 to 2) on the 1st of Sept 2010 It has been a week now and the status when checked was and still "PENDING". How long does it take to change a plan?
