If so why am I still being charged 10 cents per VOIP call ? I might mention also that I have 2 VOIP accounts one I pay $5 per month and ...

Given the punitive excess data rates, is there any plan to offer a similar service for mobile data?
Please email residentialsales@exetel.com.au in order to get this clarified, thank you.

Re: Unable to access Some Amazon EC2 Addresses

Hi, At around 2010-10-26 21:41:54 our monitor flagged a ec2 machine as being down, I thought it was ec2 initially and just started a new virtual machine replacing the old one, but it was also inaccessible The address is currently 50.16.33.145 which is totally inaccessible from 3 different Exetel co...

If I have outgoing caller ID on its showing my DID 07 **** ****, but its also showing as "overseas". If I have no Caller ID outgoing it just shows "over...

Re: ADSL1 8192/384 plans not in Memeber's Facilities

I went to change my 1500/256 TL-C1 plan to the new 8192/384 T8192-A plan via the Member's Facilities page and it doesn't appear there. The only ones there are the old TE-x series of 8192/384 plans. Is it possible to change to this plan some other way? Cheers, Matt. Hi, please email residentialsales...

Re: Can you port HSPA to capped, while keeping HSPA for iPad

My question has already arisen in this general thread from another user on the new mobile capped plans with ADSL2 discounts (https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=36911&start=135), but it seems a specific thread would be useful to get the definitive answer. That is, for people currently o...

Do I have to do something to enable Voicemail. I selected it when I applied for the CAP19 plan. now when I call 321 it asked me to enter my number to access my mail box. When I enter the number and press #, I get "Service is temporarily unavailable, please try again later" I really need Voicemail a...

Re: Occasional Reorder tone error

Just a little note for the Exetel engineers. While my Voip is exceptionally reliable, on odd occasions it seems mainly when I am calling out to mobile numbers I am getting a reorder signal returned from your servers. It only seems to happen 1 time with the next attempt being successful, so I do not...
